Vocabulary Word: Bonn Conference

Known as the International Afghanistan Conference Bonn. The conference is hosted by the Germans and chaired by the Afghans. The conference takes place in Bonn regularly and picks up current discussions on international development policy. During the 2011 session, the Bonn Conference brought together around ninety delegations and one thousand participants to discuss the course for Afghanistan's future.
